Franchise Fee

Our Franchise Fee is £14,995. There are a variety of funding packages available to suit your requirements.

Fee includes:

• Licence to trade and operate under the Popstars Academy trade name
• Exclusive Territory
• Training Programme tailored to suit you
• Full Branded Launch Package including:
  Headed Paper, Compliment Slips, Business Cards,
  Branded Envelopes, Party Invitations,
  Promotional Flyers & Postcards, Stickers,
  Feedback & Registration Forms, Popstar Pens.
• Marketing Kit including:
  Launch Advertising, Artwork & Website Entries
• Training & Choreography DVDs, Lesson & Party Plans
• Operations Manual, Training Materials & Ongoing Support

Equipment Package

Franchisees will be required to purchase an equipment package that includes all the kit required to operate both the Academies and Parties. The package costs in the region of £4,000 and is a contractual obligation.

Marketing Launch

Popstars Academy will provide each franchisee with a launch package as part of the franchise fee but we would also expect franchisees to contribute their own working capital in order to get the business off to the best possible start.

Franchisees will pay 2 on going fees:

• A Management Fee based on 10% of gross sales revenue
• A Sales and Marketing Fee based on 2% of gross sales revenue

Both on going fees are collected on a monthly basis by direct debit.

Following your first meeting with our team, we will go through financial forecasts and information that will enable you to build a robust Business Plan.

We can also provide support in sourcing initial funding to suit your circumstances as we have worked in conjunction with a number of the leading Franchise Banks.
