Although we have aimed to provide a very supportive franchise package, starting your own business can be daunting and the rewards will depend upon how much you commit yourself to the business.
Ideal Franchise Candidate
A Popstars Academy franchise is open to everyone. Potential franchisees do not need to be instructors themselves, but would simply employ qualified staff to run their activities whilst they enjoy the creativity of the business as a whole.
We do not expect you to be an expert in all areas as we will provide extensive, on going training and support, but there are a number of qualities that we are looking for:
- Confident, enthusiastic & self motivated
- Desire to run a business for yourself, not by yourself
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with customers, both children and their parents
- Committed to delivering high standards and customer satisfaction
- Business aware – You will be running your own business and will need to be able to have good office skills and telephone manner, organise, plan, and market your business efficiently.
Above all you will need the tenacity to drive the business forward and establish your Popstars Academy as the centre of the community.

If we feel you have the relevant experience, we will invite you to a meeting where we can give you more information about the prospect of starting your own Popstars Academy.
You will have the opportunity to see an Academy in action and even participate.
When commencing your business plan we will provide you with a business plan template to follow and at that time give you a copy of our Standard Franchise Agreement.
Our training and support programme will then take you through the steps to launch your first Popstars Academy and to give you and your new business the best possible start.
