As a Franchisee you will be joining a business that is totally committed to delivering high quality service to customers (both children and parents) and training for staff. The majority of our business is generated by word of mouth so we have to rise to the challenge of meeting expectations.
Our expertise will enable you to hit the ground running, so that when the time comes for you to launch the business you are ready and able.
Our induction Training Programme is very comprehensive and will provide you with all the training you will need. We have spent several years developing systems and processes that work and we will be there to support you every step of the way.
The Training Programme is not just focussed on the core activities of Academies and Parties and all Franchisees must complete a two week course that will include:
- The Academy Programme
- Popstar Parties
- Sales and Marketing
- Customer Service
- Administration and Accounts
- Running the Business
The programme will cover all you need to know about how to operate the system and will give you an opportunity to develop a working relationship with the management team. The two week programme is a mix of classroom training and "out in the field" working with the owners of the business.
Our Franchisees will never have to implement anything that they have not seen in action.
We also provide you with a comprehensive package of Operations Manuals and Training Materials.
However, that is just the beginning of our support process. Throughout the year we will be running training seminars to keep Franchisees updated on new developments in the systems and the marketplace.

Marketing and Brand Support
Our passion is to make Popstars Academy the market leader ‘Dance Tuition & Party’ business in the UK and we have a brand plan that will develop as we roll out across the country. In addition to ensuring that the Academies and Parties are operated in a consistent manner through set up, equipment and planning, we have also developed a local marketing tool kit that will support you to market the business effectively in your territory.
At the Popstars Academy we strongly believe in the power of progressive marketing which includes our Website, Database and a Structured Advertising Campaign to promote our Brand, paying particular attention to publications which are circulated via school book bags. We explore every opportunity to raise public awareness through our press releases and photo opportunities when working with Local and National Press.
All of these factors build to a greater consumer awareness of our corporate identity.
